    CTRL page up / page down moves through the sheets within a workbook, until a protected sheet is found, at which point it starts moving up / down that protected ws and will not move to the next ws.

    Is this a known issue, or a problem with my wb? Is there a workaround?

    This happens if you protect a sheet and disable the ability to select locked cells. If you allow the user to select locked cells, Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDown will act "normally".

    You could create the following macros and make them available through custom toolbar buttons and/or keyboard shortcuts:

    Code:
    Sub NextSheet()
      On Error Resume Next
      ActiveSheet.Next.Select
    End Sub

    Sub PreviousSheet()
      On Error Resume Next
      ActiveSheet.Previous.Select
    End Sub
    They will activate the previous/next sheet even if the active sheet is protected and selecting locked cells is disabled.

    Yes, I tend to disable the users ability to select locked cells, so the user can tab through the required input cells, much like a template.

    Thanks for the info.
