    I know there's a shortcut key in Word 2007 for toggling between upper and lower-case text...anyone?

    Try Caps Lock on the keyboard. If you mean changing the case of selected text use SHIFT+F3. BTW, see Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Office Word - Word - Microsoft Office Online for list of Word keyboard shortcuts.
