I recently purchase some test equipment built in China...it works fine. When I went to look at the help menu on the software that came with the equipment, it directed me to install with my Windows XP CD the languages feature that Windows provides in order to read the help information....I did so, however now everytime I turn on my computer and it boots up, it directs me to insert my Windows XP disk as if it wants to reinstall something......it's a pain to cancel it everytime I boot up and ALSO when I try to download a MS Word Doc from my email, it will not bring it up....I get an error message. How can I get rid of the request to insert my Windows XP disk when I boot uP? I hoping it might elimante the other problem also....thank you....JohnL

Doc, thank you...I found the problem.....first it was in the start up and I deleted it from there to take care of it popping up every time I booted the computer....then when it popped up on a document, I inserted the CD and then let it run and it corrected the problem...now all is well...many thanks, John
