I have used the following script to disable autorun:

    REGEDIT4
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\IniFileMapping\Autorun.inf]
    @="@SYSoesNotExist"

What do I need to change to re-enable autorun?

    Select Start | Run...
    Type regedit and press Enter.
    Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\IniFileMapping\Autorun.inf.
Click on Autorun.inf then press Delete and confirm that you want to remove this key.
That's it! (You may need to reboot to see the effect)
