    Exchange Server 2003, Outlook 2002/XP

Some bright spark has managed to create a calendar for himself in Public Folders because of incorrect permissions on the Public Folder.

Is there an easy way to merge (without duplication) all the calendar entries from the Public Folder calendar into the Mailbox calendar for that user? Can I do it with Exchange System Manager, or just in my Outlook, or is there a utility?

    Thanks!

I'd select a list-type view and copy/paste all items from the public folder calendar to the private calendar, then perform manual cleanup of any duplicates (if you sort by start date/time, it's easy to spot them).

I thought as much - I've tried to see if Export/Import would work (to a DOS CSV file), but I can't find any way to export from anything in Public Folders...

    Thanks!

Actually, I came across a neater way:
    1) copy (drag and drop) the public folders calendar into the private calendar (where it appears as a subfolder)
    2) export this subfolder calendar as a DOS CSV to a file
    3) import the CSV file into the private calendar (probably choosing the option to not import duplicates)
    4) remove the calendar subfolder created in 1)

Terminology is probably wrong, but it works!
