transform date

How to transform the date in column a in format dd/mm/yyyy... and recopy one a one in column a of new sheet in format dd/mm/yyyy
Note:
i dont know why with right mouse not show the property of cells????

Select column A.
Select Format | Cells...
Activate the Number tab.
Activate the Date category.
Select the format that you want.
