I do not know---when down loading anything that is a patch or fixit do I uninstall the current version and then download the newest version...or not. Do I keep them both or all six of them? I've looked everywhere I can think of...download help, windows vista help, my next door neighbor...finally you guys/gals. Ihave vista 32 bit on a 2007 dell laptop and I'm old and squeeky but I do want the security... Thanks for your patience and guidance.

With Adobe applications, you usually don't need to uninstall the old version. I installed Acrobat 9.2 on top of the existing version at work without any problems (but it was a whopping 200 MB download...)
