    Is it possible to view a month at a time like the monthly view but to only show Monday through Friday? We'd like to see our time off calendar this way if possible. The weekends are a distraction. I know we can view a work week but that's just one week at a time. We need to see a month of weekdays at a time.

    Not as far as I know. In Outlook 2003 and before you can compress weekends, i.e. display Saturday and Sunday smaller than workdays, but that ability has been removed in Outlook 2007.

    You can *print* a monthly calendar without weekends, though - there's an option for that in the page setup for monthly layout.
