    Thumbs up

I have two deleted programs that Firefox retains on their Add-ons list.

    AVG Safe Search 8.5

    AVG Security Toolbar

    BitDefender Antiphishing Toolbar 2.0

How do you remove add-ons from Firefox, latest version?

I've searched my computer, the registry and Google with no cigar. All three have been disabled, I just want them off the list if possible.

    Thanks for your help.

There are quite a few ideas here

This is an update to my previous post.

I tried the AVG uninstall tool, the method provided in your link. Also found the BitDefender Uninstall tool which also failed to get the job done.

    Thanks for you help, Jezza.

I've tried everything I know of and all suggestions with no success, I'll just have to live with those removed programs in Firefox Add-ons (which are disabled).
