    I've attached the sheet for another challenge, the 1st data set is for company budget
    The 2nd is for the HR budget which I want to show using a red line across the graph (see example picture attached)

    Do the same for the secondary value axis on the right hand side of the chart: double-click, and tick the "Auto" check boxes in the Scale tab.

    You may want to turn off data labels for the IT Budget series, because they will overlap the data labels for the Company Budget series:
    - Double-click the IT Budget series.
    - Activate the Data Labels tab.
    - Clear the check box for Value.
    - Click OK.

    How about the attached. I created an intermediate row with the calculated values and made it a sec series
