In Excel 2003, I had a toolbar of my most used macros. Is there a way in 2007 to have macros displayed for easy access? I am beginning to think there is nothing easy about 2007. If someone knows a way to do this, can you please provide step by step directions.

You can use the Quick Access Toolbar for this purpose. See Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.

I want to add individual macros. I added the macro command but that just gives me a list of all the macros. Is it possible to add individual macros?

I see under "choose Commands from", a macro option. I am just testing on a laptop right now so I don't have any macros loaded. If I did and I chose "Macros", would I see a list of macros?

    Click the Office button.
    Click Excel Options.
Click Customize in the navigation pane on the left hand side.
In the "Select commands from" dropdown, select Macros.
You should now see a list of available macros.
You can select individual macros and click Add>>.
