    Hello All,
I'm trying to build a database that pulls in ODBC links, & then groups & sum the data. The issue I'm having is that when the date column comes over, it comes in the format of... mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss. I'm trying to group by mm/dd/yy, but it counts every differing second as another line item. How do I create a column or expression that groups only by mm/dd/yy? Thank you!

Instead of the date/time field itself, add a calculated column to the query:

    D: Int([DateField])

where DateField is the name of the date/time field. Format this column as a date, and group on it.
