Within the last few months I spent $150 to get a corrupt Vista HP update fixed. Things seemed ok but when I turned off the PC for a business trip and got back today, now i get NTLDR is missing. i cannot access ERUNT, the Windows recovery console, or Acronis, which tells me "the selected file is not an Acronis True image Home Archive" even though I made it usng ATIHome! Don't know what to do. Thanks. Of course, I've been trying various BIOS solutions and so on without any luck, and when I put the Vista OEM disk in, I now get nothing but the pretty background. I'm ready for linux, sick of these issues. In BIOS, it lists teh 1st Floppy Drive, the CD ROM and a USB but not my Hard drive! how can that be?
