Fax or E-mail Dialog Box (2000)

I have a user who was recently upgraded to Outlook 2000. He uses the Personal Address Book he created in 97/98; he chose not to allow Outlook to convert it. When he uses addresses from his Personal Address Book a dialog box comes up asking him if he wants to use the fax number or the e-mail address. He'd like to have it default to e-mail address (and eliminate the dialog box) since we don't have the fax function enabled. I haven't been able to find anything about this in any of my books or on-line.

    TIA,

This doesn't happen to me, I still use a PAB. Does the user have a fax service in the profile?

Thanks for the response. No, he doesn't have a fax service in his profile. That's part of what's so frustrating about this, there's no obvious place to start looking.
