    I have a user who needs to log into 2 different email accounts so we have her set up to "choose profile" when she opens Outlook. It is set up so that she can select between 2 different profiles. All of the sudden she is not getting prompted. If she closes out of Outlook and reopens, it just reopens the one she had open previously. If she restarts her computer it will prompt her but at some point, it will stop doing that. All the settings are there so we don't know what is going on? Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

    Either you or the user needs to check that Outlook.exe is not still running after it is closed. If it is still running there is probably an addin that is causing it to remain open.
