The title says it all - the time stamp on 'conversations' is not adjusted for local time as posts are.

Yep, I have noticed that. (My Conversations a.k.a. Messages; but now they are linked together to a little "conversation". )

The same goes for "Your followed items":
    • "Managed (sic) followed threads" Is that supposed to read "Managed followed threads"? I think I mentioned that somewhere.
    • "Manage followed forums"

They are off with 6 hours I did a post at 08:48 PM (or 20:48 for those that can count to 24) in CET... but in both of the above it shows as "6 Nov 2009 2:48 pm". Before we argue if they are 5 or 6 hours off, perhaps we should conclude that they are in EST.

Perhaps I should have created a new thread... but these topics are linked.

Same for the online users lists.

The "Online users" timestamp seemed to be fixed earlier, and now it seems like the "conversations" (messages) and followed items are also in the users TZ. (Or it happened at the same time; but then, time is relative, just that I had to move around a bit and find it. (Does that mean that I move at the speed of light? Hmmn))

Yep, I had to go through all of the skins and change 75+ date formatting tags to a format that respects user time zones. I *believe* the user-specified time zones should now be respected everywhere, although there may be an outstanding issue with the "Updated" column in the Lobby.
