    Walt,

    I'd go into OE and click on tools, accounts, go to the individual account and click on properties, and examine your account settings. Clear the boxes for secure log-on if they are checked(there are 2). Make sure to check the rest of the accounts for accuracy in passwords and connection.

    Whenever I have had a no socket error it's because the ISP server was down due to mauntainance or technical problems. Have you tried calling your ISP and asking them if they have a problem on their end?
