    Does anyone have a macro that will automatically highlite in yellow all double-underlined and struck through text?

    You should be able to do this without resorting to a macro, using Find & Replace:

    First, make sure that the Highlight button is already set to Yellow.
    Then, open the Find and Replace dialog, and click on the 'More' button to expand the options available.
    Click in the 'Find what' field, then click on the Format button, select Font and in the Find Font dialog, select double-underlined and then click OK.
    Then click in the 'Replace with' field, and again click on Format, and then select Highlight.
    Then click on Replace All.

    Repeat the above operation for struck through text.
