I tried searching for items relating to 'transfer settings within 'Office Applications so:

but I get results from all areas:

How do I limit my search only to 'Office Applications'?

(And what has happened to the field for entering the Reason For Edit?)

One alternative is to Ctrl+Click each of the individual boards in that category. It's a lot of clicks.

For me, hidden in the post options (click the green plus icon to open that section). We had defaulted the previous version of IP board to have this "open" automatically, or was that a user setting?

    Yuk!

Not for me. No big problem, but it does make adding a quick, optional reason for the edit more practical, and easier for the reader to locate and appreciate.

I've filed a bug report about this issue on the official IPBoard site. In the meantime, you can select the first forum in your list and Shift+click on the last forum to select them all at once. This will at least save you the work of having to Ctrl+click each forum individually.

Also, it seems the "Reason for edit" field is only accessible to Admins/Moderators, leading me to believe InvisionPower expects it to be used only when a badgeholder edits someone else's posts.
