I was wondering how I could lock things in this form so they do not move. I want to be able to fill this form out but for some reason as I fill it out the form moves and displaces lines and things. If anyone can help please let me know. I have included the form please fell free to rework my errors. This is my first attempt at making a form in MS word.

    Thanks for all the help,
    Dale

You have used spaces and/or tab characters between the form fields.

One solution is to place tab stops at the appropriate positions on the ruler (these positions will vary from paragraph to paragraph) and to use only a single tab character instead of multiple spaces/tab stops.

Another solution is to create a table with transparent borders, and to place the form field in cells. The number of cells per row and the width of the cells will vary from row to row.
