I just replaced a hard drive, formated to NTFS (not a quick format) during the Windows installation process, and installed Windows Home Edition. When it boots up it comes to a black screen asking me to chose the operating system to boot to and lists Windows XP Home Edition twice. I either have to hit enter or wait 25 seconds for it to continue to boot. I have never seen this before but then I have never before did a Windows XP install. How do I make it bypass this screen and boot directly to Windows XP. I only have one hard drive and no partitions as far as I know.

    Thanks

Control Panel > System > Advanced > startup and Recovery Settings
You can choose which option will be selected, and clear the check box for "Time to display choice of operating systems"
