I am creating a database which creates brochures. Each brochure will contain eight .jpg files - each based on user entry in combo boxes. Instead of storing the .jpg files as attachments in tables, how can can I store the file names of the .jpgs in the tables and then load them into the brochure (Access report) as needed?

    Thanks.

I already pointed you to this post some months ago.
If you want to store 8 pictures, you can either add 8 text fields to the table, one for the path/name of each picture, or create a separate table linked to the main table, with a record for each picture. If you create a separate table, you'd use a subreport to display the pictures on a report.
