    Hi,

I'm using Excel 2003 SP3. I use the NETWORKDAYS function in many of my spreadsheets. This morning when I tried to use this funtion in a spreadsheet it would not work. It returns the #NAME error. I know that you need to have the Analysis Tool-pak checked as an add-in. I checked and this option if ticked. If I open older spreadsheets with this function and update them, they fail as well. I checked the location of my vacation file. It has not changed. The path is still valid and the name of the file and tab have not changed.

Can anyone suggest what else I need to verify in order to get this function working? My end of month reporting starts tomorrow and it will play havoc with my reporting if I can't get this function working.

    Thanks

    Hi Capri,

Have you tried repairing Excel (Help|Detect & Repair)?

Try unchecking ATP, exiting Excel and checking ATP again.

    Thanks Paul and Jan,

I tried Jan's suggestion first and it worked. Just saved myself heaps of aggravation.

Glad it helped. No idea why, but I guess it is just one of those things.
