Plan a meeting (Outlook 98)
Every time I plan a meeting using Outlook 98 I need to check the availability of the same 16 employees. Therefore I have to go through the list and select all of them to add to the attend list. Is there a way to automate this process? I tried to set up a distribution list containing the employees. But, that does not show me there schedules.
