Wrong Results

Could someone have a look at the attached spreadsheet. It's giving the wrong results. The figures are dimensional tolerances, and N23,N25 and N26 are showing False. The figures in C-F23, show that the dimensions are in tolerance, so the result in J23, should be pass. I suspect, that the formula in column N is incorrect, but I don't know what it should be. I didn't create the spreadsheet, I've just been asked to try and get it to show the correct figures.

I have no idea what it means, but try

=IF(L23>0,L23,IF(M23<0,M23,0))

in N23.

The problem with the formulas in N23, N25 and N26 is that both the if statements are false that's why you are getting those results. The formula provided by HansV gives the third option of returning zero when both the if statements are false.
