Now I'm curious.

Hee heee, I was wondering who would twitch first.

I got a list of 15742 11 letter words and put them in Excel, using the mid function I simply looped through the last 5 letters of the list looking for the letters a,e,i,o,u. If they appeared then I deleted that row. Eventually I was left with two words, the answer and wavelengths.

Now the OP asked for a word with 3 vowels, but NOT different vowels so this is the alternative answer
