I have a database used by several users.
The data is in linked MYSQL Tables, but the rest is Access.

It is used by up to 10 users.
On one machine only, Access crashes randomly when
some forms are opened, or when some code is run.

    The cause appears intermittent.
The result is a shut down of Access and a rebuild.

It is running on the same OS XP and Office version 2003, as all the others.

Database has been repaired, and Access has been removed an re-installed,
    but the issue persists.

Anyone got any suggestions as to where to look, or what to try next.

Get another machine springs to mind, but it would be nice to know what is happening.

Below is the standard Access Crash dialogue

And just one of the varied Event reports

The issue ONLY appears to effect this one PC, regardless of the number of people accessing the data.

Each user has a copy of the FE on there local C drive.

The tables are linked via ODBC using a DSN to the MYSQL.

One thing that might be causing it is the mySQL ODBC driver - I've seen that kind of behavior when the MDAC package gets out of whack because of updates being applied selectively. But I don't have any experience using mySQL as a backend to Access.

    Worth a try.

I'll remove and then re-install the ODBC driver and see if it makes any difference.
