I have a problem with my XP Windows SP2 setup. My computer has decided to crash both Windows Explorer and Power Desk file managers when I right click a file or folder to see Properties. Using ALT Enter also fails. In a document in Word the right click operates normally.

Any clues on how to fix this would be most welcome

    REGARDS DAVID MILLS

Many thanks for solving a problem which has turned up some time ago, and I was able to find the culprit - loading BVRP before the start lis had loaded. But this on was too hard for me and for DELL!

I can now get on with life!

    Best regards DAVID MILLS
