I've been asked to advice on a good backup/restore program for Windows Mail (on Vista), which, when set up, can be invoked by clicking a desktop shortcut/icon or can be scheduled. The restore facility should, of course, be both intuitive and foolproof...
In principle, a good backup had be obtained from copying the correct directory/folder plus three registry keys (so a BATch file with Robocopy and REG), but this philistine wants something more intelligible to him. (Reference: a short way down this webpage).
Can anyone recommend, from their own experience, a good utility which would satisfy this user's unreasonable requirements?
