    Paste Conditional Formatting (Excel 97)

    Hi,

I am modifying the conditional formatting on an existing worksheet.

Following the recent thread on Right Click Conditional Formatting, I now have Conditional Formatting on my Right Click Menu, which is great.

However can someone tell me whether it is possible to create a macro to Paste just the Conditional Formatting to a cell. It seems an oversight that Paste Special wasn't expanded to permit Conditional Formatting to be pasted separately - without other formatting details.

    Any ideas greatly appreciated!

    Regards,

Re: Paste Conditional Formatting (Excel 97)

I don't know of any way to do it with Copy/Paste. However, <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=vb&Number=67391&page=&v iew=&sb=&o=&vc=1#Post67391>This Thread</A> might give you some ideas on how to do it with VBA.
