    Hi
Is it possible for multiple users to look at the same Excel workbook on a network at the same time? Can said users "interact" with the same workbook at the same time (ex: make selections from drop-downs, enter data in form fields, etc?)

And if so, is it still possible if Excel and Word are working together.

As long as the users do not have to save their changes (in other words, work in a read-only copy) there is no problem and all should work as expected.

What exactly do you mean about Word and Excel working together?
You need to avoid the Shared Workbook feature of Excel, no matter what.

    Hi Rory
I use 2007 Excel workbook to navigate using userforms to go other worksheets, docm , docx and .pdf . I also use excel to enter and store data input, make needed calculation that are then linked to a variety of .docm. These docm I then use to do report with. Iíve have tried using just a word documents in the same fashion as the excel, they both have similar features but then again they have different features I try to complement each otherís features and work them together .
