    Excel & Labels (Excel2000)

Hi, I have a list of several thousand numbers generated in excel in one column. They are, for al intents and purposes, not sequencial. I need to print a label with one number on each label. Does anyone know how this can be done using MS office. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

    Hi,
A mail merge from Word using your spreadsheet as a data source should do what you need.
    Hope that helps.

Open Word. Tools-Mailmerge. Create new document using label format--choose your label type, etc. When you Get data, change the files of type to Excel. Use the Insert merge field to insert the field name for the numbers. Merge. Of course, these instructions are very simplified!
