    Calendar Add-in (2000)

does anyone know of a good calendar add-in. a client is looking for a db that will schedule several rooms and equipment. i know it sounds like an obvious Outlook application but there are some things that need to be done in Access.

    thanks!

    Re: Calendar Add-in (2000)

There are several available, some of them from Microsoft. We most often use the Microsoft Calendar Control that comes as a part of Access, though it isn't always installed. Up thorough 2000 it came in a file called mscal.ocx which means it's an active-X control and has to be installed and referenced - if you are using any code with it, and you almost always need to. I would suggest you do a search on the Microsoft Web site for Calendar Control, and you will find examples of how to use it. Hope this helps.

Are you looking for a calendar or a scheduler? The two are quite different and your reference to Outlook leads me to ask the question.
