    Word Lack of Memory (word 2000)

    While I'm working on a Word document, it occurs very frequently that my mouse pointer disappear, although I have a 1 GHz AMD processor and 256 Mo of RAM. In fact, it also happens on my other computers, either laptops or destops. When this happens, I juste have to close all Word documents openned and Word itself and reopen all of them. I noticed this to happen at the precise moment when the pointer leaves trhe actual Word Window and rolls over one of the toolbars, mainly ones in the lower part of the screen. Thanks if anyone has an explanation for that and some lights onhow to manage it.

    Hi Olivier,

    There were a couple of problems with CPU usage that were fixed in the SR/SP for Word.

    See if either of these apply:
