I don't think we were able to fix spelling errors in thread titles in the older version of the lounge but are the users able to fix spelling errors in this area of our posts now? I've really messed up one and I don't see a way to correct it. Thanks.

Hi Skitterbug, I have changed it for you, but if you edit your post, then use the "Switch to Full Editor" option, you should be able to change the title.

    That's great news. Thanks!

Thank you very much Tony! I read my post in Networking first and noticed that the title had been changed and didn't know who had "done it"! I appreciate this lots and I also appreciate your explanation about how I can do this in the future if I "goof up" again! I know I felt very foolish when I realized that error!

And Hans! Thanks for the visual aid! How'd you know I really don't like to

Wishing you both a Very Merry Christmas!

I have done this to several subjects that list Windows 200 and are asking about Windows 2000.

Yes, it does NOT leave a edited note, and I did not edit the post themselves, just the subject.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    That's because you're a moderator, Dave.
When mere mortals edit the subject, the "Edited by..." notice will be added to the post.
