    I used to know a way to reformat this text
    When I paste a sentence that I copied from the web and other places into excel or word the table gets all screwed up

    someone here gave ma a shortcut like CTRL T or something like that

    I am remembering that correctly

    By default, there is no keyboard shortcut for Edit > Paste Special > Unformatted text, which probably is the most logical thing to do. You can create a macro that executes that command, and then assign a keyboard combination to it. You can search the Lounge. I just did, and these popped up:

    Word 2007: [topic=762406]Word2007 paste special button[/topic]
    Word 2003: [topic=648322]Paste Plain Text (2003 SP2)[/topic]
