    Whenever I try opening up a particular PDF in Photoshop, I get a message stating, "This file has security settings that prevent it from being opened. Please remove all security settings before removing it." Is there a simple way to remove security settings from a PDF?

    If you have the password and a program capable of editing a PDF, yes. Otherwise, consider reprinting the PDF to PDF and then importing that into Photoshop. The quality might be degraded a bit in the process, but...

    Thanks JScher. It wouldn't work in Bullzip PDF Printer (I got an error message saying there was a problem printing to PDF because the original document was secure), but it worked in Bluebeam. At last! I got my $100 worth.
