In another (excellent) forum that I inhabit, there is a "My Postings" section. This is a list of all threads that I made posts in. It's incredibly useful - in fact it's where I always log into - as it shows at a glance what threads that I posted to have been updated.

MUCH easier than trying to remember where and when I made contributions, and how those threads are going.

Maybe I'm missing how to set this up - if not and it's just not there, I can't stress how useful it is if one becomes fairly active.

You can do that here too and bookmark it if you like.

Click Settings on the Navigation bar. On the Forums tab is something called Notification Defaults. See this clip:

Having made that selection, go here to see a list of all the forums you have posted in. Of course it will start building the list when you set your profile so there won't be anything there now:

    Thread Notifications.

Many thanx Al - it just eluded me as to how - all working now.

I thought I'd set it up to receive emails - but I wasn't getting any - the "Your notifications" method I like better anyway.

Thanks, Al, that's a great tip. I'm making a note of it.

Al, thanks for continuing to provide such excellent advice and guidance. Even though you're no longer a moderator in this incarnation of the Lounge, your contributions as a mere "member" are invaluable.

    Thanks again!
