    All,

Part of marketing my photography business is sending out emails to participants of the events I shoot. Of course I get bounce backs from these bulk emails. Currently they go into a designated folder and I have to manually extract them to add them to the bad address list. I use Constant Contact for a monthly news letter and of course they handle this for me. The emails I'm sending out are from a system my photo processing house has. That way they get a copy of their photo in the email. The problem is the bounces are coming back to me. I have done some searching and there are lots of programs that do email extraction. Anyone have a suggestion as to the best one, or have you worked with one that you like the best? Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

Can't you set up a rule for the bounce messages that saves to a file, runs a program etc?
What email program do you use to receive the bounce messages?

    cheers, Paul

    Paul,

I hadn't thought about the email going to a file. I'm currently using Outlook. I'll have to check this out when I get home from work. Thanks, for the idea.

My intent with the original post was to find a program that others had used. From the look of the sales pitch on most of the sites, it seems like this software could be a real easy opportunity for planting spy-ware.

Anyway, thanks again for the idea.

I have no experience with what you're looking to do. But the places I would look are:

    http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/default.asp (Sperry doesn't show the kind of item you are looking for)
