Weird behaviour of form in browser (Word 97 SP2)

I have built the attached form with a non-printing toolbar using tips from MVP (thanks to everybody at MVP!).

The form is protected and works well off the hard drive but it goes really weird when loaded up onto the intranet and opened with Word running in the browser. When the any of the toolbar buttons are clicked the whole page just jumps up and down in the browser (IE4).

Has anybody any idea what's happening here please?

The attachement is protected but no password.

    Hi solomod,

It's the view of the Word toolbars that is causing the document to appear to jump. This is due to the window switching to IE commands when the button is clicked and then back to Word commands when the document is clicked. If you turn off the view of the toolbar(s) you will see the difference.

However you don't have to turn the toolbars off to correct the problem. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

Just go to the properties of each command button and set "Take focus on click" to false.
