I setup a computer the way I wanted it with IE 7 and other software and configurations and then made an image of it with Deployment Solution. I then restored it to some computers and all was well. I needed to make some changes to the basic image today so I restored the image to my model and when I restarted it it had IE 6, not 7. Now how in the world could that happen?

    Any ideas?

Seems IE6 was hiding under the covers waiting to surprise you. ;-))
Not sure what you can do except re-install IE7.

The image was made with IE 6 on it and you did NOT get the latest copy of your images, or you THOUGHT that you had IE 7 when you made the image and you did not have it.

What program are you using to make these images?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
