    Even if the whole system is not a lemon, with a new system Dell support should be involved early on. This is one of those "What did you guys do to this system" situation. I have found that the junkware installed by manufacturers sometimes conflicts with the real stuff people want and need. Try Revo uninstaller to rid the system of the junkware. Revo not only uninstalls, but searches for left over stuff in folder and registry so you don't have to. Works great!
