    Many moons ago in post underline I asked how to make the line colour -when underlining text- different from that of the text itself and was given step by step directions on how to achieve the task BUT. Since upgrading my computer last month I decided to renew all my keyboard shortcuts and discover that I am unable to drag the "UnderlineColour" title either to a toolbar or to the "Format" tab. I am still using XP Office Proff. 2003. Any obvious reason why it will not drag? I don't recall it refusing to export when following the directions originally. Thanks Dave.

Since upgrading my computer last month I decided to renew all my keyboard shortcuts and discover that I am unable to drag the "UnderlineColour" title either to a toolbar or to the "Format" tab. I am still using XP Office Proff. 2003. Any obvious reason why it will not drag? I don't recall it refusing to export when following the directions originally. Thanks Dave.

    The dialog box illustrated in your post is the one that's used to assign shortcut keys to a command - in that dialog box, the only action you can take is to type in a new shortcut key combination.

    If you want to drag a command to a toolbar, you should Cancel out of that dialog box to return to the Customize dialog - from there you should be able to drag the commands to a toolbar or menu.
