    I have a simple combo box on a dialog box. When the form displays, no values display on the first line of the drop down. The values only display when user clicks the box's down arrow. Because "None" is the default value most of the time, what needs to be added to my code so the "None" value displays when the form displays? That will save extra clicks by the user.

    Public Sub UserForm_Initialize()

    cboEmployee.AddItem "None"
    cboEmployee.AddItem "All"
    cboEmployee.AddItem "Partial"

    End Sub

    Have you tried either one of the following?
    cboEmployee.Text = "None"
