Hahaha... sorry! My intention was to inflict on everyone who reads this thread the earworm your username inflicts on me every time I see you logged in. I found this image somewhere on the internet a while ago and totally loved it for its ability to make me sing through the entire song in my head.

In a Beatles-ish related link, I'd like to point people towards this Richie Havens rendition of Here Comes the Sun. Saw it tonight on BBC 2, and found it on YouTube

Welcome to the "real" Lounge, Tony. You'll fit in just fine.

not to imply that the technical assistance folks find elsewhere in the Lounge isn't valuable, but it's this kind of sharing and connection on a personal level that makes the Lounge invaluable -- it's a rare occurrence, and once you've experienced it, you'll fight tooth and nail to keep it (sorry if you've felt like you've been on the wrong end of that fight, but we're a passionate group, for good reason).

Whoooeee, I did enjoy it. That's the happiest thing I've seen and heard all week! I too have copied the link and will send it to a few people who probably haven't seen or listened.

What a gang of professionals... Thanks for posting it Nathan!

Here's one for the adventurous among you. About six months ago, PaulB posted a music video in More musical nostalgia. It was the most fabulous thing I had heard in a long time. So, I downloaded the .FLV file and have it to this day. I was gonna send you folks there but Paul's link is now kaput as the video has been removed. I've Googled for it but can't find THIS one. On YouTube there are videos by these guys, but not THIS one.

Does anyone know how to find it and, second question, why does my domain refuse to recognize the file if I try to link to it? Is there something about FLV files that I don't know. I CAN access it and even play it if I access my FTP site.

    Corn-fused! It's a damn good video!!!

The problem is the video is no longer on that site. It has been removed due to breach of the terms of use. Content Rejected is what I get when I go to that link. I am looking around for it on another site.

If you scroll down on that site to the comments you'll see others are upset about it too

    This is about that group
