Saving a template email in Express

One of our work computers has Outlook Express only on it (not full version with Office). We're trying to set up a template so that we can send the same type of email over and over. When I save it, the only options besides html and txt are eml. That opened up Live or whatever the "newer" version of Outlook Express is called. We don't want that. When I associated the eml files to connect to Outlook Express, all it did was open the program from that email template and not the email template itself.

Any work around for this or should I convert over to the free Live version?

I recommend using Windows Live Mail. It is the OE follow on and is a much better product all things considered.
