Hi, i have typed names already in a column and its alot of information. I want to add a comma at the end of each name in a cell instead of typing for every name, is there a formula that adds a comma for all the entries. eg, (sharon) in A2 must be (sharon,)

    Thanks

You can then copy the names *with* the comma over on top of the names *without* the comma, using Edit->Paste Special->Values.

After you've checked that it works, you can delete the extra data.
