I've had Paint Shop Pro for years. It wasn't great, and my needs are simple, but it was good enough.

Now there is a problem with missing or corrupted python libraries, whatever those are.

To make matters worse, Corel now wants me to pay for tech support for a product I already paid a great deal for.

Does anyone know a good free program that lets me manipulate jpg files, such as enlargements and adding arrows, etc.?

    Thanks.

I locked this thread as the question is also posted in the Graphics-Multimedia forum, and the product in question is not an MS App.
