How often do I have to make a Windows 7 system repair disk? Every time I make a system image or just once when I first Install Windows 7?

    I'm running the professional addition.

I believe you only need one system repair disk. After that just close the box asking if you want another. The system repair disk includes all necessary files to boot your PC if your OS becomes unbootable. It allows you to acess recovery tools and the images you have made in an attempt to recover from disaster. Unless you were to change from 32 bit to 64 bit, I believe the System repair disk you have will work for all versions of Windows, I.E. Hp, pro, ultimate. I believe you would need a seperate repair disk for vista or Xp or Win 7
