Need a drop down list in a form that you can choose more than one item from. Tried holding down Ctrl Key. Didn't work. I know you can do this because I have had to choose more than one item on forms on the internet using the Ctrl Key. HELP!

    Hi vangae,

Not possible. You'll need to either:
    a) have all valid permutations in the dropdown; or
    b) have as many dropdowns as you need to cater for all valid permutations (plus code to preclude invalid combinations)

If you're talking about a dropdown on a userform, a ComboBox won't work that way, however you do have the option of using a ListBox - there is a MultiSelect setting for listboxes that allows the user to select more than one item using the control key.
